Rehousing Support Officer to join our team, working closely with our customers across the South West in Devon, Dorset and Bristol.
Bristol, Exeter and Blandford, we can be flexible on your base location. You'll share your time between the office, home or one of our scheme offices in the region. There will be a requirement for some travel across Devon, Dorset and Bristol.
The starting salary will be £29,000 to £34,000 depending on your experience.
It's an exciting time to be a part of the team as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group).
The Role:
Our Rehousing Support Officers work with customers when they have to move out of their homes.
This could be due to redevelopment or the disposal of the property as part of our strategic asset management plan.
As a Rehousing Support Officer, you'll own and build the relationship with your customers, working with them from the point of notification through to helping them move to a permanent new home.
What we're looking for
- Direct experience of delivering a customer focused service
- The ability to work with teams across the business and our external partners
- A proactive approach taking both sensitivities and deadlines into account
- Excellent communication skills, keeping both the customer and colleagues informed during the whole process
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with customer data
- You will need strong organisational and IT skills
There will be some travel involved so you'll need a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
