Job Title: Business and Digital Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Business Support Officer to join our Clinical Health Psychology & Neuropsychology Service at the Royal Devon Universities HealthCare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, working closely with clinicians and patients to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  2. Assist with the management of referrals, appointments, and patient records.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  1. GCSE English or equivalent.
  2. Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Electronic database management.
  4. Positive attitude towards mental ill health and disability.
