    Provide professional advice and guidance to Directors, HR Advisors, Schools and external organisations on pay and grading, job evaluation and workforce data.

Arranges Job evaluation panels to evaluate/re-evaluate posts, acting as key advisor to the panel of trained advisors, including Trade Union representatives, to support the corporate accountability for consistency of job grading across the organisation.

Ensure job descriptions are accurate, complete, and suitable for assessment.

Undertakes job evaluation assessments using Hay and GLPC job matching methods, Issues job grade recommendations to managers or their nominee.

Deals with/resolves issues arising from those recommendations.6 month project working with a Job Evaluation Team. You can work in our Council offices or from home - occasional meetings in person will be required. Would consider part time or flexible hours.
