Qualifications:

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as social media and CRM tools.

  • Proven track record in an operational HR capacity within a dynamic organization that embraces change and implements best HR practices.
  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations within a large, diverse workforce.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable legislation and recognized HR best practices.
  • Ability to articulate complex HR issues effectively to various audiences.
  • Specialized knowledge in specific HR areas such as employee transfers, compensation systems, equal opportunity policies, and pension schemes.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Assyst systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, administration, and systems.
  • Willingness to travel locally, with access to a personal vehicle being advantageous.

  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
