Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of employee relations matters, providing advice and guidance to managers, and supporting senior HR staff in conducting employee relations consultations and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including performance review, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary, and recruitment support.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations and HR matters.
  • Support senior HR staff in conducting employee relations consultations and training.
  • Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an employee relations operational HR role within a large organization with a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognized best HR practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
