HR Coordinator Opportunity

Well Placed HR is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support a multi-site professional services organization in Taunton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take on a key role in the people function, supporting over 70 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary site contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Manage all aspects of the company's recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Lead the induction and training process for new employees
  • Review and develop remuneration, rewards, and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Support senior management with HR-related tasks, including performance reviews and employee relations

Requirements:

  • Similar experience in HR, preferably in professional services
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license and car ownership

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Taunton, with occasional travel to other offices. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
