About the position
Newlands House seeks a Deputy Manager (RN) to support the Nurse-Led Manager, ensuring effective management and supervision of the nursing home.
Responsibilities include monitoring nursing standards, promoting independence, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Nurse
- Experience managing nursing and care staff
