As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing effective management and supervision of a team of nursing and care staff
- Leading by example and promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, including those with complex needs
- Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety management, statutory obligations, and excellent overall service delivery
We are looking for someone with recent deputy manager experience of working in a care home, ideally with a background in nursing. You will have a strong understanding of the care home environment and be able to lead a team with confidence and enthusiasm.
