Deputy Children's Home Manager Position

Salary: £14.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
Kingston Noble is recruiting a dedicated Deputy Manager for their 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) service in Swadlincote. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
* Lead and support staff in the implementation of individual care plans
* Promote positive behaviour and support the emotional and physical well-being of young people
* Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, and complete ad hoc on-call responsibilities
Shift Pattern:
* 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
* Shifts operate between 9:30 am and 11:00 pm
Requirements:
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children's Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience in a residential setting with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
