Systems Support Assistant
Location: Glasgow
Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30-17:00

As a Systems Support Assistant, you'll contribute to remarkable accomplishments – for ourselves, our partners, and a genuinely sustainable future.
Your new role
What you'll do:
- First line support for FM Systems;
- Continuously enhance Systems Support team Knowledge base;
- Involved in new project mobilisations;
- Software configuration and setup;
- CAFM Data preparation;
- Development of training materials and sessions;
- FM Software Administration support;
- Assisting with regular system upgrades;
What you'll need:
- IT-related qualification is mandatory;
- Prior experience in using and managing MRI Evolution CAFM software, maintenance software, or mobile device management is essential;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft software and systems and experience with multiple organizational applications;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Effective planning and time management abilities;
- Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communications skills;
