Location: Glasgow

Your new role

What you'll do:

  • First line support for FM Systems;
  • Continuously enhance Systems Support team Knowledge base;
  • Involved in new project mobilisations;
  • Software configuration and setup;
  • CAFM Data preparation;
  • Development of training materials and sessions;
  • FM Software Administration support;
  • Assisting with regular system upgrades;

What you'll need:

  • IT-related qualification is mandatory;
  • Prior experience in using and managing MRI Evolution CAFM software, maintenance software, or mobile device management is essential;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft software and systems and experience with multiple organizational applications;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Effective planning and time management abilities;
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communications skills;
