Contract Scotland has an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to join our client based on the outskirts of Glasgow. This is a part time, temporary role for 6 months and offers a competitive pay rate and weekly pay.

The role is office based and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. There can be some flexibility with working hours, if required.

You will join a busy Training team and will carry out administrative tasks to support the efficient delivery of this provision. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Scheduling training courses for employees
  • Processing all related administration in relation to training courses
  • Liaising with Managers to confirm who will be attending courses
  • Dealing with any questions, over the phone and via email
  • Providing information relating to training courses, as required
  • General administration, as required

You must have excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and via email. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and will be an organised and polite person with the ability to work with people at all levels. You will enjoy working in an administration based job and will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
