  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget management
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
  • Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts to attract attendees and sponsors
  • Maintain accurate event records and documentation for future reference

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and attendees
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using event management software or tools is a plus
  • Upselling skills to promote additional services or upgrades to clients
