The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Safety & Security Reporting Triage & Assurance Administrator has arisen


Working in the wider Corporate Safety and Security team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the British Airways Group Safety & Security Management System.


What you'll do:

  • Triage and process digital safety and security issue reports submitted by colleagues across our global network.
  • Delivery key administrative and support functions to facilitate our worldleading risk management processes.

What you'll bring to British Airways:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications effectively to suit a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong decision making and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to consistently deliver solutions.

Your experience:

  • Full training will be provided.
  • Experience of working in a complex operational role is desirable.
  • Recognised safety, security, risk, culture, investigation, audit and/or regulatory training/qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience of risk management principles, industry regulations, standards and bestpractice is preferable.
