As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve surveillance, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Position**: Security Officer
**Location**: TBC
**Shifts Available**: Day Shift/Night Shift/Emergency Response

**Main Duties**:

- Receive and process vehicle details accurately into the computer system or log.
- Ensure the accurate completion of daily paperwork.
- Conduct thorough searches and sealing of vehicles and carts.
- Maintain gate and carpark access & egress control.
- Verify IDs, seals, and paperwork of exiting vehicles.
- Operate the Airlock system in accordance with site safety processes.
- Safely and efficiently use authorized equipment.
- Conduct security screening of persons and items within controlled areas.
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to ensure security.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Carry out any other tasks as reasonably detailed by the Depot Manager/Supervisor.
- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or other security-related matters as required
- Complete detailed reports on any security-related incidents or activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and CCTV systems is a plus
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial
- Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations with professionalism
