Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with all internal/external departments engaging with all to help drive and deliver across business training compliance.
Develop working relationships with Contract Managers and Project Managers, driving and leading meetings to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across the business.
To hold daily/weekly meetings to identify any training opportunities and working closely with the Trainer/Assessors to ensure training courses are fully utilised, certificates are uploaded, and any training issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
To hold daily/weekly meetings with CMs/PMs to discuss any compliance-based issues, training numbers, trainers' utilisation, upskilling and any other related topics.
To develop an understanding of and utilise Skillko training platform to its full potential, provide training and support to internal and external bodies.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
To create and deliver weekly reports, weekly training figures and report back into the wider team.
Preparing costings and charges and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner.
Monitoring Skillko system for inductions, training requirements and advising as required
Raising of identification numbers and update systems to reflect these
To review all potential training expiries, distribute alerts and prepare training plans forC CMs/PMs.
Utilising Smartawards with uploads as received for internal and external courses.
