Motorcycle Collection and Delivery Driver

Role Overview:


As a Motorcycle Collection and Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to execute delivery, collection, and general transport functions in support of our repair, hire, and retail operations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy in paperwork completion.


Main Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service during motorcycle transportation.
  • Collect customer motorcycles for assessment, documenting vehicle damage and incident circumstances.
  • Deliver completed bikes, salvage, or unrepaired motorcycles, as well as those sold through our retail outlets.
  • Transport hire bikes and deliver/collect parts or packages as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy in completing collection/delivery paperwork.
  • Ensure the allocated van is wellmaintained, clean, and driven with mechanical sympathy.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations at all times.

Secondary Duties:

  • Assist with general project work and provide support to various departments onsite as required.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as directed by supervisors.

Developing Individual Skills and Performance:

  • Actively seek selfdevelopment opportunities by soliciting feedback from colleagues.
