**Logistics Coordinator**

**Role Overview**: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of motorcycles while supporting the overall logistics operation. You will collaborate closely with the Logistics Team Leader and the Head of Operations - Fleet/Logistics to meet our delivery timelines and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the current logistics operation both in the office planning and on the road.
- Activate and plan contingencies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, exceeding 50 calls per day.
- Organize and issue routes for drivers using our in-house systems.
- Ensure policy holders are informed of excess and additional sales payments and collect them as required.
- Monitor driver conduct in collaboration with the Driver Team Leader.
- Support the Driver Team Leader in maintaining cleanliness and regular maintenance of company vehicles.
- Liaise with other businesses within the 4th Dimension Group, including Farnham Honda, Ride Nation, and Surrey Motorcycle Salvage, to meet their transportation needs.
- Identify initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety within the logistics operation.

**Developing Individual Skills and Performance**:

- Develop skills in using 4th Dimension's IT systems, including Proclaim, Advance, and Cyrus.
- Seek feedback from colleagues to solicit 360° feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in personal development opportunities to enhance skills beyond role requirements.
- Identify and participate in both formal and informal training programs to increase skills.
