**Stock Control Administrator**

**Role Requirements**:
Join our team as a Stock Control Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating the tasks of Stock Control Operatives. This position involves working with external stakeholders to manage vehicle collections/deliveries and ensuring the seamless operation of stock-related activities.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record all relevant information on company systems, including personal effects requests, bike movements, and audit information.
- Liaise with various departments to coordinate motorcycle movements, meeting departmental needs effectively.
- Produce SCT Management Information using MS Excel, MS Word, and Proclaim databases.
- Maintain stock levels of site facilities, such as coffee, tea, and consumables.
- Monitor motorcycle movements, utilizing audit data to ensure bikes are in the correct location for workflow.
- Point of contact for coordinating Cat B collections.
- Act as directed by Senior Stock Controllers and Stock Control Team Leader for ad-hoc tasks.
- Communicate sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Escalate issues when required.
- Assist with compliance of regulatory requirements, including TCF principles, the DPA, and HSE.

**Skills Required**:

- 2 years of administration/coordination experience.
- 2 years of computer experience (not necessarily in a work environment).
- 6 months of teamwork experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Experience working on your own initiative.
- Effective communication at all levels, internally and externally.
- Proven track record of working in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy workload.

**Education and Professional Qualifications**:

- Educated to GCSE level, with Math and English qualifications desirable.
