WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


Reporting to the Executive Director Governance, People & Communications, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring high standards of governance and regulatory compliance and achieving excellence in governance through managing, coordinating and overseeing the governance administration function within the Group.

You will provide strategic governance advice to Non-Executive Directors, the Executive Team, and Senior Leadership Team.


You will also provide an expert advisory company secretarial support service to all companies within the Group, including the development and review of relevant policies and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.


WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?


You will be the governance specialist collaborating effectively with a range of different colleagues including our Non-Executive Directors, Trustees, senior managers and also your own governance team.

It is essential you are proactive in relationship management and are able to align with the Group's values demonstrated through your behaviours.

We are seeking an individual who can help us make a difference for our tenants and also continue our journey of achieving board diversity.
