Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger and Credit Control
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Managing sales orders and sales orders inbox
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Month end journal processing
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts

Requirements:

  • Studying toward an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
  • Proven experience in the above listed duties
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel Skills
  • Ability to follow processes, prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
  • Short notice period
