Our client

Our client are a well established manufacturing plant looking to appoint a new Manufacturing Engineer to support their future projects and modernisation.


The opportunity

As a successful Manufacturing Engineer, you will work with a variety of manufacturing processes and lead the day-to-day production activities, problem-solving and liaise with internal teams, external customers and contractors to ensure products are manufacturedefficiently to a high quality.

You will also help with new product trials and scaling up to manufacture and support continuous improvement activities across production.

You will also manage projects to help bring in new capital equipment and machinery andtechnical specifications.

About you

As a minimum, you will:

  • HNC or above in an engineering discipline
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing engineering role within a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading process improvement activities
  • Previous experience installing and specifying new equipment would be desirable
