**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the Managing Director to create concepts and detailed manufacturing drawings of fabricated products and projects.
- Think innovatively, incorporating design for manufacture principles.
- Provide design support for the manufacturing team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail and a commitment to constant improvement in design processes.
- Flexibility in adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
- Collaborate within a small team to contribute to the overall success of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly Solidworks, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and documentation practices.
- Experience following ISO practices for design control and development.
- Effective communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Appreciation of manufacturing methods and awareness of outsourced service limitations.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
