  • Help to enhance Haleon's field force design, structure, and coverage blueprint to a best-in-class level.
  • Promote simplicity and transparency in field management by implementing upskilling tools and new working methods.
  • Connect the productivity of field teams (across channels) to a visible boost in performance, thereby creating success templates to dominate in the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate quantitative and qualitative sales force effectiveness to meet business goals.
  • Lead channel coverage strategy that aligns with Haleon's and regional (EMEA-L) KPIs.
  • Develop a blueprint for field force management that relates technological advancements and capability evolution to a KPI maturity framework.
  • Create a clear roadmap and oversee the implementation of the Perfect Store program across the region, tailored to different market maturities.
  • Guide all BUs and markets through the 'Next Best' journey - from segmentation and targeting to full commercial store management.
  • Infuse ambition through thought leadership and long-term vision for field force management.
  • Establish a field force capability program and playbook to facilitate the adoption of all execution tools and processes in collaboration with NRM Performance Hub.
  • Oversee the translation and effectiveness of the GLOBAL sales incentive plan, working closely with HR and business units.

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SFE, channel management, or Pharmacy sales.
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy and/or Mass Market Channel.
  • Strong team player with excellent influencing skills to drive impact beyond direct control.
  • Capacity to manage substantial workloads effectively.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, comfortable engaging with senior management.
  • Proficient in strategic, analytical, and logical thinking.
  • Capable of working across boundaries, making sound decisions, and focusing on results.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, project and process management, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Understanding and usage of software applications.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred:

  • Specialized knowledge of the market or similar/adjacent segments.
  • Proficiency in industry data analysis software (Nielsen/IQVIA/NewLine).
  • Prior experience in Sales or analytics.
