Antella Travel Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading luxury tour operator to recruit a skilled Website Manager. This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's website, enhancing user experience, and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the company's website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the luxury brand image.
  • Analyse online user behaviour to optimize the website experience for a discerning audience.
  • Implement user-centric design principles to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously optimize website performance and user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive working knowledge of Umbraco to superuser level, this is essential.
  • Experience of working with a luxury consumer product.
  • Strong understanding of analysing online user behaviour and user-centric design principles.
  • Excellent technical skills with proficiency in web design and development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
