Job Description

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is a leading technical recruitment company that supplies contract and permanent staff to various industries. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in contract issuance, and providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure all contractor engagement contracts are raised accurately and issued to tight timescales.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure all client engagement contracts are raised accurately and issued to tight timescales.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to support the signing and return of contract documentation.
  • Document Management: Utilize e-signing applications to manage the contract authorisation process, apply updates to contractor and client contract templates as required, and archive and e-file all contractual and related documentation.
  • Contract Tracking: Ensure that contractor onboarding documentation is captured and accurately filed on the Company's systems, and update the Company's document tracking systems to ensure awareness of outstanding and unsigned contracts.
  • Compliance and Administration: Perform compliance duties in support of Company policies and provide administrative support to VHR's management as required.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organisation Skills: Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn rapidly.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and availability to work four hours per day between the hours of 1pm – 5pm on Monday to Friday.
