Marketing/Office Administrator

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

This is an entry level role and previous knowledge of marketing is not essential as full training will be given.


  • A minimum of 8 GCSE's (average grade 6.5 or above or equivalent) including Maths and English, plus 'A' Levels (at grade B or higher)
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks at one time and work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build rapport and relationships at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise work and be flexible to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Some knowledge of Marketing would be advantageous but not essential
  • Right to work within the UK without sponsorship

Responsibilities include but are not limited to -

  • Work within the Administration Team and be responsible to the Admin Manager but primarily support the Marketing Executive in all aspects of marketing administration.
  • Manage and update marketing prospect database on the CRM system
  • Assist with the set up for external events, including updating RSVP lists, making up badges, printing handouts, updating presentation slides & collating feedback from attendees
  • Update staff intranet
  • Build surveys/questionnaires/straw polls to help with PR opportunities
  • Update press releases and articles with amendments from staff
  • Answer the telephones
  • Other adhoc administration duties as and when required.
