An opportunity has arisen to recruit a talented, enthusiastic, determined and resourceful Recovery Coordinator to work within the substance misuse service.


You will be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team who provide a vast range of services, delivering primary care, mental health and substance misuse services to the population, which may include working flexibly to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays.


  • To provide the service's key activities: assessment, recovery planning; individual psychosocial support; planning community (re)integration and treatment exit; and case management. To deliver effective engagement and harm reduction interventions as required
  • To support a caseload, monitoring and reviewing their recovery plans, focusing on their therapeutic needs and achievement of their recovery goals, developing service users' personal strengths, social networks and recovery capital.
  • To record all documentation and casenotes to a high standard and within required time frames.
