Client Details


This new company formed by all these industrial sites, kaolin mine, port access and Hubs is foreseen to start its operation under a new brand on March 31st, 2023.

The revenue in 2021 was 400 million euros. It will offer mineral solutions for industries worldwide.
All the sites are already working and producing. About 950 employees total.

Besides serving lots of the paper and board markets nowadays, this new company will use its global footprint, unique assets and longstanding know-how to develop new business opportunities and foster innovation.

Regarding employment, the Company needs to reinforce existing teams to operate as a standalone organization but also to meet its ambitious development plans.

Description

The successful Product Stewardship Manager will:

  • Direct management and professional development of a team of Product Stewardship Managers and SDS Authors.
  • Working with the Global Product Stewardship Director, support the development of Groupwide Product Stewardship tools, systems, processes, policies, best practices and strategies; implement in BA Product Stewardship work practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration across BA/regional boundaries to foster a mindset within the PS team.

Profile

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Scientific Discipline.
  • At least 5 years of regulatory affairs, quality or product stewardship experiences. Regulatory affairs experience.
  • Good oral and written communication in English.
  • Understanding of relevant product compliance regulations and product registration/notification requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to stand ground under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver results with a sense of urgency in a challenging environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to react flexibly in fastchanging situations.
