  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, understand customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape within the EdTech sector.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, encompassing user story definition, prototype creation, and usability testing.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively measure the success of product initiatives and demonstrate their impact.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creative thinking and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to product development and innovation in education.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and expertise in the field of product innovation.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in successful product development and innovation, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
  • A strong understanding of design thinking methodologies, lean startup principles, and agile development processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
