We are looking to bring on board a passionate Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to help us in our journey.Reporting to the UK Head of TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment of external and internal talent to new roles at AXA XL.
The TA Coordinator should be a proven self-starter and have the administrative, organisational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Gather, record, store and delete written interview feedback in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the team with the posting of job adverts on a range of job boards.
- Assist with invoicing activities for the HR Operations and TA teams through creating Purchase Orders, maintaining communication with vendors and tracking expenses.
- Provide recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement and efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the TA function.
