We are looking to bring on board a passionate Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to help us in our journey.

Reporting to the UK Head of TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment of external and internal talent to new roles at AXA XL.


The TA Coordinator should be a proven self-starter and have the administrative, organisational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Gather, record, store and delete written interview feedback in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the team with the posting of job adverts on a range of job boards.
  • Assist with invoicing activities for the HR Operations and TA teams through creating Purchase Orders, maintaining communication with vendors and tracking expenses.
  • Provide recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement and efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the TA function.
You will report to the UK Head of Talent Acquisition.

  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
