Who are we seeking?

We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor passionate about driving positive change, eager to be part of a progressive People Team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategies alongside dedicated HR professionals.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, advising on HR-related matters, performance management, and legal compliance.

Previous experience in a dynamic environment is a must, ideally from service-oriented industries like retail or hospitality, or a managerial role. Strong experience in managing employee relations cases is required.

What will be your responsibilities?

Every day brings new challenges, but here are some tasks you might handle:

  • Responsible for all aspects of generalist HR
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Handle employee relation issues, ensuring fair treatment
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Support with system maintenance and payroll processing
