The person we support is learning how to make a sandwich, or some breakfast like porridge in the microwave, as well as using his new air fryer. This will be a massive achievement for him, wouldn't it be great to part of his success? Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
