About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Edward Alsop Court in Westminster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, helping them to recover and thrive in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with customers and external partners
  • Conducting holistic assessments and creating support plans to meet individual needs
  • Providing information, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities to support recovery and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Ensuring the health and safety of customers and staff, adhering to Look Ahead policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, with a strong commitment to customer-centered practice. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
