In the Insurance Administrator job, you will be:

  • Preparing and despatching quotes, confirmations and other letters
  • Updating and issuing policy documentation, renewals and reminder letters
  • Carrying out admin duties including, filing and typing, bookings, and handling and maintaining data
To be considered for the Insurance Administrator role you must have:

  • Strong IT/computer skills including data handling and MS Excel
  • Previous administration and office experience _(ideally within the insurance industry)_
  • A good telephone manner and high levels of customer service
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Working hours 9am-5pm over 3 days (tbc) and you will be based from offices in Colwyn Bay.


You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £10.42, plus company benefits including holiday pay, sick pay, pension and an annual increment.
