About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor at Greenbean. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling all incoming queries related to the provision of lease cars for public sector organizations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry personnel and stakeholders.
- Handle all problems/issues relating to the provision of lease cars, including complex queries and negotiations.
- Deal with a wide variety of queries from employees, leasing companies, dealers, pool car providers/users, insurance brokers, and managers/budget holders.
- Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
- Explain financial aspects of the scheme and technical specifications of different manufacturers and models of cars.
- Understand and explain the varying complexities of salary sacrifice and how these relate to the car lease scheme.
- Manage the delivery of vehicles with lease companies/dealers and ensure vehicles are ordered at the most advantageous price.
- Evaluate quotations for repairs of vehicles and convert quotations into business.
- Identify and react to potential customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Work efficiently and enthusiastically towards team targets and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Responsible for answering routine customer queries prior to the point of order and handling routine queries from drivers over the sales element of the scheme.
Requirements
- Academically educated to A level/NVQ level 3 standard or relevant experience in a customer service environment or business administration.
- Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working within a customer service industry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and knowledge or experience of working with databases.
- Ability to retain and recall large amounts of data and information, good communication skills, and the ability to plan and organize ongoing tasks.
- Can analyze and rectify often complex discrepancies/errors between order values/invoices, costs, and user contributions, and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
