Role Summary
The purpose of the role is to support the organisation and management with the roll out of electronic devices.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Role:

  • To resolve faults, fulfil service requests and to deliver IT Telecoms services to SouthWesternRailwaydepartments in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • To provide a strong customer focus to end users to ensure requirements are met and records are kept fully up to date with ongoing progress.
  • To provide IT Telecoms solutions (mobile phones, tablets and mobile data services) to meet business requirements.

Testing:

Experience & Skills needed

  • Knowledge of telecommunication technologies
  • Experience in IT Service Delivery
  • Exhibits the ability to meet deadlines, work independently or part of a team, as well as be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to remain highly confidential.
