This upcoming midscale Marriott brand is scheduled to open its doors in July 2024. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve this vision.Oversee F&B, working operational shifts when required
To monitor shift procedures, ensuring checklists are completed in the correct manner
To ensure that all monies are kept in a safe and secure area adopting the hotels cash handling procedures
To be proactive in generating sales and referring sales leads as well as upselling products and services where possible (for example, breakfast / dinner)
To operate the bar and restaurant to the agreed hotel standards include brand standards
Ensuring the set up of the restaurant and bar for mealtimes
To maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office and staff areas in a clean and tidy condition.
