Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our Straits Kitchen & Bar team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include preparing for service, carrying out effective service, designing promotional material, and maintaining complete knowledge of menu items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for service by ensuring the department's equipment is clean, and the outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.
  • Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers, and profit for the restaurant with the approval of the line manager.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, including all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in outlets, as well as the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
