Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest
  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to staff members to ensure delivery of high-quality service and adherence to standards
  • Monitor restaurant atmosphere and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and courteously
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate specials, promotions, and service updates
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and close down of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times
  • Available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
  • Good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
