About You:
- We are looking for an experienced marketing and communications manager with a background in team leadership.
- Prior exposure to strategic marketing, covering everything from planning to performance analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with collaboration and presenting to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in reporting.
- Available to commit to a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the team in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for high-profile projects.
- Conducting 1-to-1 sessions and group meetings with direct reports to ensure effective implementation of the marketing plan.
- Engaging with external stakeholders to shape marketing strategies based on their objectives.
- Tracking campaign effectiveness by analyzing performance against KPIs and ROI.
Where You'll Be Based:
Your workplace will be situated in York. The office offers convenient on-site parking and excellent public transportation links. Following an initial training period, a hybrid work model can be accommodated.
