We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote GoHire products and services

- Conduct market research and analyses to identify target audience and industry trends

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, and search engines

- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to increase ROI

- Stay updated on industry developments and identify opportunities for growth

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed

- Monitor and report on competition and suggest strategies to stay ahead

- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
