Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Keeping Digital CIC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive income and promote awareness of our services.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to our volunteer marketing team.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to align with our income goals and growth plan.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget across all services and propositions to maximize investment in paid digital activity.
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns and work with other teams to produce compelling fundraising content.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and drive website traffic to acquire new supporters, customers, leads, and service users.
  • Analyze collective digital performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve ROI.
  • Work with the planning team and other members of the digital team to develop digital income-generating products and projects to generate support from identified audiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM and CRO.
  • Exceptional understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Sound knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
