Lead Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and develop a cohesive digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and income for our charitable organisation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading digital marketing teams and developing successful digital marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for managing the digital marketing budget, analysing digital performance, and identifying opportunities to optimise and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, supporting our volunteer marketing team.
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to align with our income goals and growth plan.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to maximise investment in paid digital activity.
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns and work with other teams to produce compelling fundraising content.
  • Enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic to acquire new supporters, customers, leads and service users.
  • Analyse collective digital performance and identify opportunities to optimise and improve ROI.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM and CRO.
  • Exceptional understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Sound knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimisation.
  • Familiarity with SEO / SEM and CRM software.
