About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Europe. As a key member of our Internal Corporate Communications team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future in Developed Markets and Global Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic internal communication plans for our European commercial organization
  • Collaborate with leaders and experts to craft high-impact communications
  • Create content to enhance our social media presence and support employee recruitment
  • Identify innovative solutions to complex communication challenges
  • Influence others and communicate challenging concepts effectively
  • Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement that is centered around our core behaviors
What We're Looking For
  • A track record in communicating change for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • A strong creative capability to transform simple messages into communication that drives action
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically; with urgency and enthusiasm
  • A strong attention to detail, superior time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with co-ordinating and crafting in-person and virtual townhalls or annual kick-off meetings
  • Ability to help drive cultural change such as corporate social responsibility as well as diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. Experience of working with employee resource groups is beneficial
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field with experience or Master's degree
  • Experience developing communications programs that engage and motivate employees
  • Global project management expertise and a familiarity working with multiple lines of business and a diverse workforce
  • Expert writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
