About the Role

Cultura Connect is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth in the agricultural sector. As our Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, and social media, in collaboration with specialist agencies
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance our brand reputation
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Evaluate and report on marketing performance, analyzing effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage the marketing budget and stay within allocated resources
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, farmers, and industry partners to drive business growth
  • Represent Cultura Connect at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand exposure
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Head of Marketing or similar senior role, preferably in the food and agriculture sector
  • Education to degree level in marketing, communications, or a related subject
  • Strong understanding of the food supply chain principles and agriculture production systems
  • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Highly proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and web analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to make data-driven decisions
  • Creative and innovative thinker, able to work collaboratively to achieve business goals
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for industry events and farm visits
