About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Marketing Executive to join our team at CV Consulting. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Sales & Marketing strategy and driving change towards an Account Based Marketing model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Marketing and Director of Business Development to develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery, from initial briefing and requirements gathering to deployment and reporting.
  • Be a HubSpot champion and support the development of data management and qualified lead management processes.
  • Help define, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle journey workflows.
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, and automation to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and action new opportunities for automated and triggered CRM programmes to gain production and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with the set-up, implementation, and reporting of data acquisition opportunities to help grow marketable database volumes.
  • Be a brand champion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and agencies.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Carry out various marketing admin tasks, including database management and updating collateral.
  • Create and manage digital marketing content, including emails, paid ads, and social media posts.
  • Support website administration and content creation.
  • Champion CRM best practice and ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced CRM executive with a degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience. You should have a proven track record of building, deploying, and testing CRM campaigns using HubSpot.

  • You are an experienced marketer with a strong understanding of data, insight, and segmentation.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build highly positive relationships cross-functionally.
  • You are process-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills for running multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience with design software and website CMS.
  • You have good knowledge of marketing channels, campaign execution, and social media for business.
  • You are highly collaborative and supportive, with a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • You have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
