JOB SUMMARY
The post-holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service in the Mental Health Department. He/She will be expected to work under pressure without direct supervision.
As the post-holder will be based in a Mental Health Dept they will have sight of patients in very distressing situations.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for members of the public, patients, relatives, carers and other professional staff who attend the dept.
The post-holder will be required to manage the room booking diary and may be required to assist with transcription of communications from audio tape on occasions.
Qualifications / Experience Required
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification and 1 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role
Or
2 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel or equivalent
Hours of work
3 full days Wed, Thurs & Fri
9AM-5PM
22.5hrs per week
