Friday 16th February 2024We are looking for a Home Administrator to join our team in Aughancloy House. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Main Duties and Tasks**

**Administration**

Use of computerised databases to include:

- Processing data required for salaries and wages.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports.
- Employee Personnel Files.
- Employee Rotas.
- Return to Work Forms.
- Updating and maintaining training records by liaising with Training staff.
- Annual Leave Reports.
- Financial Reports and Documents.
- Care Documentation and Handovers.
- NISCC Trackers.

Communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to:

- Recruitment agencies.
- Visitors on site.
- Multi-Disciplinary Teams and Medical Professionals.
- Management and Head Office.

Other:

- Assisting the Home Manager with clerical and secretarial duties as and when required.
- Undertaking of errands as and when required.
- Overseeing of inward supplies.
- Responsibility and supervision of Front of House Admin Team.
- Cash Handling as and when required.

**Recruitment and Selection**

Undertake aspects of recruitment and selection administration processes to include:

- Ensuring that all interview, selection and appointment processes are delivered including the processing of Access NI’s and references.
- Assist with interviews if required.
- Creation of personnel files.
- Compiling HR reports for the HR Department.

**Payroll**
- Reconciliation of all weekly timesheets and data entry into the payroll database
- Reporting of any agency staff hours utilised throughout the week.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 5 O’Levels/GCSE’s at grade C or above to include Maths and English.
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven experience of working within a team.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Extensive telephone experience dealing with customers.
- Experience working within a care environment.
- Cash handling.

**About Aughnacloy House**

Aughnacloy House is a purpose-built nursing home in the centre of Lurgan. All rooms are en-suite and there are beautiful gardens and outdoor areas for residents to enjoy. In addition, there are themed areas throughout the home for therapeutic activity and treatment including a light therapy suite and also a fully equipped hairdressing salon.
