A flexible dual role supporting people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities

About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent team supporting customers based in the Luton area.

Offering support to a variation of customers with learning disabilities and mental health concerns living in supported living and their own homes in the community.


You will work together with the team and in partnership with other agencies to provide an excellent service to ensure the customers' needs are being met.

You will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is person centered in supporting the individuals to develop their independence, confidence, skills, and achieving outcomes and in the local community including:

  • Planning and preparing meals.
  • Accessing social and leisure activities in the community.
  • Accessing activities of interest with customer in the community.
  • Assisting with aspects of personal care.
  • Ensuring health needs are being met.
  • Assisting with keeping home environment habitable.
