Role Description


We are looking for a motivated experienced support worker to support four males to achieve own goals and lead an independent life as possible within a residential care home setting.


Benefits:

  • A competitive salary £11.00 per hour + £50 per Sleepin
  • Ongoing up to date training to include Care Certificate

Day to day:

  • On a daily basis offer support for personal care when required
  • Support service users to cook and clean their home
  • Support service users to have an independent life as is possible
  • Work alone when required
  • Administer medication
  • Flexible working hours to include sleepins

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2/3 proffered although ongoing training provided
  • DBS clearance
  • Speak good English
